Illumination Entertainment seeks Executive Assistant to COO and Hed of Business Affairs. They produce animated/CGI all-audience event features in partnership with Universal Pictures. Their first four features include DESPICABLE ME, DESPICABLE ME 2, HOP and DR. SEUSS’ THE LORAX. Location is in Santa Monica.

Description: This demanding position will support 2 busy executives in Corporate Development and Business Affairs.

We are seeking smart applicants for a fast-paced, high profile position that requires an individual with first-rate support and organizational skills, dedicated follow-through, professional office/telephone manner, impeccable attention to detail, strong communication skills, capacity to multi-task, and excellent research ability.

Position will regularly engage in online research, presentation preparation, and other special projects. Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) required. BA or BS degree required; prior experience on a busy desk is a necessity. Full benefits; Salary DOE.
