After 18 years of passionately championing new writers to the industry, we're taking a break to re-charge our batteries and consider what is next for us...

It has been our absolute pleasure (and purpose) to have helped numerous screenwriters on their journey. Writers like: Cameron Alexander who landed his first manager and script sale after placing and now has Brad Pitt starring in his latest, and still emails yearly to remind and thank us for helping him get his start, Mickey Fisher who landed a CBS series starring Halle Berry and executive produced by Steven Spielberg from a script first discovered here, to a multitude of other writers we championed from the very start with writing careers now (see: John Swetnam, Peter Gaffney, Jamie Anderson, James Morosini, Gabe Snyder/Mike Alber, Ashleigh Powell & more), and, of course, the many other finalists and honorable mentions we put our heart and hustle into who may not have hit it big, but perhaps found themselves one or two steps further ahead and/or emboldened to keep at it.

As we all know, it's a marathon.  To the industry--thank you for seeking out and reading new writers and voices.  To the writers--keep running.
